Our Policies
SHIPPING:
- Please be sure that all of your shipping information is correct when placing your order! Any orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error will result in you being responsible for paying the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the new item(s).
- Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Fridays ONLY, excluding holidays. We offer free shipping for orders over $65 (shipping cost may vary)
ORDER PROCESSING:
- Processing time begins once your order is confirmed, this can take about 7-14 days. Please allow additional time for shipping, which varies depending on your location. (no order processing on holidays)
- Some orders may be ready in a shorter time frame if so you will be notified via email.

LOST PACKAGES:
- If your package is lost, allow up to 7 days for it to be delivered. If you have not received your package 7 days after the stated delivery date please contact us as well as the carrier service to start a claim.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Only items that are received damaged or the wrong item was shipped will be eligible for exchange. There will be no shipping fee to ship these items back. In this case send an email to thehouseofbeads24@gmail.com
- The House Of Beads is not responsible for products that were not delivered due to lack of correct/complete addresses. Please file a claim with USPS. In the case that your package is shipped back to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re-shipping fee to ship your item(s) again.
LOCAL PICK-UP:
- Local pick-up is only available on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Please send an email to thehouseofbeads24@gmail.com after placing your order, be sure to include your name, order number and the morning you would like to pick-up. After doing so an email will be sent with a time and address.
